Welcome to the Book of Job!

On Tuesday night, April 15, St. Peter's will host Dr. Mark Brummitt. Mark is an Old Testament professor at Colgate Rochester Divinity School. He will be introducing our new Bible Study focused on the Book of Job. Dr. Brummit has a Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow and is an informative and entertaining speaker.

If you would like to explore some of the most challenging religious issues of fundamental importance: the motiviation for piety, the meaning of suffering, the nature of God, the place of justice in the world, the relationship of order and chaos in God's design of creation, then come and study with us. The Bible study will be on 4/15,4/29, 5/13, 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30, 10/14, 10/28 and 11/11.
